LGUs can set up facilities that can help LSIs and other constituents process their documents easily.
The one-stop-shop was launched to streamline the process of obtaining necessary requirements for LSIs and other individuals in the city.
The facility was established by the LGU health office, together with the Philippine National Police, to efficiently assist individuals who wish to apply for health declaration, medical certificate, medical health shield, and travel authority.
To further assist LSIs in the city, putting up a one-stop-shop for document applications has been established strategically at the Tabuk City Health Office.
This will lessen the processing time of documents needed by LSIs given that the mobility of people in the city is still subject to restrictions.
